Now my Lifetime Points shows only 22k, when it should be 25,882.Where they went and how to get at least some of them back. I should also mention that I redeemed 20k points back in April to purchase FarCry 5 with a $25 off Pre-owned Item Certificate from the PowerUp Rewards store. I bought FarCry 5 in late April and Red Dead Redemption 2 on launch night, along with a bunch of other games back when the DMC HD Collection, Bioshock: The Collection, Street Fighter V, Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus were on sale for $20 each. It can't be that I never used my card because every time I make a transaction at GameStop (buying a game, pre-ordering a game), I provide my phone number to the GameStop employee so that PowerUp Rewards points can added to my account. I have had a PowerUp Rewards Basic membership since 2012 and NEVER have any of the points I have accrued over the years been taken away.
